Engineering and Sciences - International Conference (ESIC 2026), organized by ESIC Network.

ESIC 2026 is your venue of opportunity to share and showcase your idea, work, and experiences with colleagues from around the world. Present yourself to groups of researcher, professionals, and policy experts who may be your potential collaborator, sponsor, and supporter in ESIC 2026. Academicians, Students, Industry Professionals, Government Employees, Non-Governmental Organizations, Independent, etc. are welcomed to present their idea, work, and experiences in ESIC 2026.

What is Our Goal?

The ESIC 2026 provides an opportunity for participants to engage in discussions and deliberations on advancements in science and technology, fostering collaborations in research.

Hybrid Conference

The ESIC 2026 will be held as a hybrid event at Bandung, Indonesia, and through an online platform via the Zoom Conferencing App.

Program

There are invited speakers, keynote speakers, and parallel sessions. All presented and accepted by organizer and publisher will be published in IOP Conference Proceeding indexed by Scopus.

Registration

All Extended Abstract and Full Paper Submission must be submitted through Morressier Platform. The submission process for ESIC 2026 consists of the following steps:
  • Extended Abstract Submission
    • All submitted Extended Abstracts will be evaluated by the Technical Program Committee.
  • Acceptance Notification
    • Authors will be notified of the review results according to the conference schedule.
  • Conference Presentation
    • At least one author of each accepted Extended Abstract must register and present the work at ESIC 2026.
  • Full Paper Submission
    • Authors of accepted Extended Abstracts are invited to prepare and submit a Full Paper according to the conference deadlines for publication in the conference proceedings. Submitted Full Papers will undergo a second round of peer review to assess their technical quality, originality, and suitability for publication.
  • IOP Review and Publication Process
    • Only Full Papers associated with accepted and presented contributions will be considered for submission to the IOP Conference Series. All submitted Full Papers will undergo an additional review process conducted according to IOP publishing standards. Acceptance for presentation at ESIC 2026 does not guarantee publication in the IOP Conference Series. Final publication decisions are subject to the outcome of the review process and compliance with IOP publication requirements.

Additional guidance on using the Morressier platform can also be found in the Morressier author guide. Participation in the ESIC 2026 is limited to registered attendees. It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and Technical Program. Your full registration includes:
  • Admission to all sessions.
  • To be included in the conference proceedings series as a recognized author.
  • Publication of the accepted submission in the conference proceedings.
  • Access to the presentation pre-recorded video and conference recording.
  • Get a signed electronic certificate of participation.
